It's time to lash the car to Westport, as a small, clean west swell is gliding into the Jetty -- Westhaven State Park -- and The Groins should also pop at low tides.
An east wind -- offshore -- is keeping the waves clean all day, and Friday morning should also be good, according to Swellinfo.com and the Westport surf report.

La Push, near Forks, is also getting this rare, clean late-winter swell. It looks more like June or July out there right now, but the air is a LOT colder.
Oregon beaches, such as Cannon Beach and Seaside breaks, are also clean right now.
But don't dally, as all this will come to an end sometime Friday afternoon, when the weekend storm -- this is the Northwest, after all -- will blow in and churn the surf into a giant blender.
This short window of small swell should also produce some pretty good surf perch fishing on Westport and Grayland beaches.
